  • How long does it take to groom my pet?
The time it takes to groom your pet depends on the service you want, the size of your pet, and how much hair they have. We will be happy to give you an approximate time when you schedule your grooming services with us.

  • Can I stay while my dog is being groomed?
We prefer that you do not remain in the area while your dog or cat are being groomed. They may become anxious or excited seeing you and move around too much. This can be dangerous for the animal and may also cause them to become aggressive.

  • How often should I groom my pet?
It depends on the length and type of your pet’s hair. Talk with our professional pet groomers to learn more about the specifics for your pet!

  • Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
We prefer that you book an appointment in advanced by at least a few days. The longer you wait to your desired day, the less likely we will have an opening.
